I have had several other brands of radio head phones. I bought this headset in May 2019. Feels solid and well built. I didn't realize it was rechargeable when I bough it. I kept the charging plug in my truck and just plug it in after use. Doesn't take long to recharge. It does a better job in cutting out the back ground noise, its comfortable and seems to pick up radio stations well, even way out in the sticks. I did have a problem with the head band becoming unattached from the right ear piece. This kept happening again and again, it became a pretty big problem until the pivot point broke off the right ear phone and rendered the head phones useless. I happen to hang onto the short owners brochure that came with the headphones. It stated "before you make a bad review on any issues with the head phones, give customer service a chance to rectify the problem" So, I did. I sent them a email identifying the problem. They responded within two hours. Within 24 hours they had a brand new head set in route to my house. NOW THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE IN AMERICA!! That is the way its suppose to work! KUDO's to PROTEAR and I highly recommend this product if you are looking for a good set of head phones.The headphones are great but the battery all of a sudden stopped working and then bought a new battery and the headphones still say the same thing that the battery is low unless connected to the charger. Cannot find customer service contact information.My son uses these to mow and cancels out all noise! Works greatI've used these for about a year now. When I first got them, I noticed the sound quality is tinny; not nearly as good as my old WorkTunes. Comfort and noise cancellation are fine. After working fine for 11 months, the reset buttons are starting to fail, so it's hard to change radio frequencies. I would not buy this brand againIt does not have a consistent function,any advice?We purchased two of these headphones before Christmas and one of these items lost the sound in one of the head pieces. We contacted the company's customer service and they promptly responded and replaced the broken headphone. I would recommend this product and company.I’ve used these for nearly an hour or two to cut my lawn so here’s my review. So far these work great. As soon as I put them on (without powering on) I noticed they do a great job with noise reduction. I had my friend talk and I could faintly hear noise coming from him. Then I turned them on and put on a radio station. After that I couldn’t hear a thing except my music. When I was cutting the lawn I had these connected to my phone via Bluetooth to play music (which was super easy), and I couldn’t hear much besides my music which was nice. They do adjust a little and you can move them up and down and whatnot. My only real slight problem was that they’re a little tight on my head. I don’t have a big head. They are padded very well though so it’s not painful and I got used to it after a little. All in all I think these are good and I would recommend them.I love the head phones, they are great. But I have a problem, they suddenly stopped working via battery, but will work fine as long as they are plugged into electric outlet. So I purchased a new battery, after reading the trouble shooting guide.....still don’t work via battery. Who do I contact for help?
