I got this one for the 40 count needle set, but I have both sizes of the Addi King and the small Addi, so I am rather familiar with these knitters.Now, if you get one of these and you decide to get the motorized turner they have for these, be forewarned ahead of time that getting the Handle knob off with this Sentra, you MUST take the unit apart to get the knob handle out.Before you try, be sure to watch some videos on how these machines are taken apart and put back together, because if you are new at this, you will be severely overwhelmed by dismantling it and putting it back together again.Watch the videos a few times before starting, if you get one of the electric turners. I am experienced with these things and even I was caught off guard on the difference of this Sentro, versus the Addi brand.Outside of that, this machine works very well and I am impressed by the fact it is so much less expensive than the Addi, but works just as well.You will not be disappointed with this version.I am very pleased with my purchase and I am an experienced user.Happy knitting!Update: 1/24/24Just now finished running this Sentro knitter with the Aidiler electric drive unit on this and I am very pleased with the knitting results of the knitter and the additional tension clip.I am a very experienced user of the Addi King and the Addi (small), so I got this Sentro 40 needle for making Children's sizes of hats since the Large and Small Addi's do the adult and infant sizes.The final results of this Sentro are 5 stars... The knitting was very smooth, no dropped stitches, and no tensioning problems, even with the high static cling I have going on in my house, right now. The white knitting that I have next to the sample yarns in the knitter, the white is from my Addi King a few years ago, but I am comparing the stitch patterns here of the Sentro to the Addi and the Sentro is spot on, correct.I highly recommend getting the Aidiler Electric motor for the Sentro and run it on a lower/slower, constant speed and you will be able to focus on pulling the yarn and have no dropped stitches with the tension clip holding the tension on your yarn.I am very pleased with this Sentro Knitter and electric drive unit.This is an exceptional knitter set up to make quality knitting with.I am very happy with this unit.
