Harder to use than I expected even after watching a few videos. The directions are not very detailed. Ended up tasting more or less just like regular coffee to me no different than my coffee pot does really. Wasn't as thick as normal espresso.Now it looks really cute but...The machine is a little complicated. I didn't find the directions very useful. I just played with the machine until it did what I wanted and now I like it. If you are a person that wants quick coffee this isnt the machine for you. On the other hand, if making coffee is part of your morning ritual? Like pack, roast, roast again, steam, pour. LOL THIS IS IT! Probably not a machine for those that are perfectionist at espresso but for the those of us learning...it makes my morning better and its pretty to look at. :)Product pours well and heats to right temp but using milk froster wand is very short and doesn’t frost milk correctly as an espresso machine would. It is loud to use unlike a regular coffee machine and milk froster makes an unusual loud sound. Good for the price if you want to have a nice espresso shot in the mornings but not great to make fancy drinks that you would get at a coffee shop or an expensive espresso machine.I love this espresso machine.it’s nice and easy to use.Tip ,don’t forget to take plug off of water spout water tank sits on.Wait until light goes solid on the on off switch.don’t touch the other switches while waiting.it takes a while to heat up the first time.once setup the first time it heats up fast after.Instructions were simple and within twenty minutes of receiving my package I have a fresh cup of coffee.Efforts froth mechanism. A little loud but not as much as my Brevell. 30 seconds preheat time and its ready.Virtually the same as the $848. Green model.Llevo 70 días con ella, dos cafés al día (140) y ya no sirve, enciendes el botón azul para el vapor el cual no sale, pero el agua si por todas partes menos por donde debe, cualquier ranura de arriba, abajo el agua sale y muy caliente, espero que tenga garantía por la fábrica porque amazon solo da 30 días.Excelente, muy fácil usar
