This tool works well. It has a very poor design for bolting down, though. The bottom plate (with the measurements on it) covers the bolt holes in the tool, so you have to remove it first. Then once the tool is bolted down, you can't get the bottom plate back on because it bolts from underneath. If you want this tool, here is how you deal with this (and hopefully you have a wooden workbench!):1. Remove bottom plate using the provided (smaller) allen wrench2. Drill pilot holes in the bench for the 4 tool bolts3. Drill two LARGE holes in the bench so you can access the bottom plate bolts from underneath. (Suggested also to make at least one really huge in case you slip while bolting it back on and lose the bolt between the bench and the tool, as I did! That way you can fish the bolt out without having to unbolt the whole tool.)4. Bolt the tool to the bench.5. Carefully position the bottom plate to the tool, using a flashlight from underneath the bench so you can see if the boltholes line up. Bolt the plate back on with the provided (smaller) allen wrench.
