i had a pair before, loved them and gave them to my wife before she went on a long trip.bought these to replace the ones i gave her, what i liked was the overall quality and the new one has noise cancelling options rather than the google assistant option button.after a few short weeks I woke up and took my headphones off the charger, and tried to turn them on...nothingresearched and discovered 2 options one to reset and retain your pairing info , and one to factory reset.neither worked,so now i get to find out if there is any warranty or replacement possible, Sony is a huge corp. and i hope they don't disregard the little guys....Good asfI bought these headphones after returning some atrocious JBL headphones. I am quite please with these headphones, they sound good and are comfortable to wear. The build quality is also nice, they aren't just cheap plastic crap.There are two annoyances that caused me to remove a star, I recommend these headphones but the annoyances are worth mentioning. First, you can't charge these headphones and listen to music at the same time. I have noticed this trend lately with bluetooth headphones I don't understand the reasoning behind it. The battery lasts a long time but if I forget to plug them in for a few days and the battery dies I can't listen to music. I simply see no reason you aren't allowed to listen to music at the same time you are charging.The 2nd annoyance is the ambient noise being played through the headphones when using the microphone for a phone call or video call on a computer. These headphones have microphones that detect ambient noise which is how the noise cancelling works. For some reason Sony felt the need to play the sounds these microphones are picking up through the headphones when making a call. I have no idea why they made this decision. It is annoying and can make it difficult to hear the talker during a phone call/video conference.All in the all these are good headphones and I am pleased with the purchase.The head band is cheap and breaks easily. Once that happens they are unfixable.So far everything seems to work well. Noise cancelling is quite good. I use the headphones when I mow my lawn. The mower noise is greatly reduced and I can hear my music quite well.I got xm4's on a $100 discount, but these sound 80-90% as good (which is still head and shoulders above others at the same price point) at half the price. Ended up returning the xm4s and kept these, since these were just such a good value.Before buying these I already had Airpod Pros, and I wanted to try these out hoping they'd be more comfortable on my head for my online classes. The sound quality was pretty good, with the bass better than the Airpods due to the over-ear design (at least in my opinion). The noise cancellation on these did give me a headache every time I tried using it which never happens with my Airpods. And the "transparency mode" on these also wasn't as good. Strange for some headphones that originally retailed almost the same price as the Airpod Pros.I tried selling them to my little brother for use with his Xbox but he said the mic wasn't working properly. Will be returning these.I love NC function. It doesn’t work perfectly but good enough for me. I bought it because I need quite time while I’m in home with family. And the battery consumption is very low that I only have charge it once within two weeks. The sound it lighter then the Bose but not bad.I was leary about getting a Sony set as I been a JBL fan for some time. But for the price of this unit, JBL in the same price range doesn't come close.Very nice fit also.Dislike you need to download another app, but the app does have some nice filters on it. It's just annoying.Connecting is simple once the app is up an running.I think this is not a unique problem for my device cuz I have seen similar complaints, that occasionally this device could suddenly lose connection for a while & reconnect.Other than that, noise cancellation: good enough for me;sound quality: good enough for me;battery life: my buying point. It is great to have such a long life + fast charging. Sharing a place with roommates? This will absolutely raise the quality of life.These headphones have the best sound quality for the price you pay for. The noise cancelling is pretty good for what they are overall these headphones are probably the best you can buy for the price tag, they feel well made and durable. Only complaint I have are the touch controls on the right side of the headphones. Other than that for what they are listed for seems very reasonable!No concerns, work greatNice headphones!
