The machine is basically pre-assembled which makes this purchase a huge plus. It is nice, light, sturdy and a smooth workout. This is a full body workout machine, the transition into a ab machine is easy and what gives this machine more bang for your bucks! It's easy to fold and store away when not in use. My only concern is the cord being thinner than other machines I researched. I will update after a few weeks of use!
