Our first order did not work, but the seller replaced it really easily and the second one works just fine, remote and all!!I love this so much. I work from home and I spend the bulk of my day at my desk, sometimes it's hard for me to sit at my desk correctly or sit still, and this honestly helps a lot with that! Even just idle, it makes a great leg rest that I can fiddle with on my legs so I'm not sitting in awkward positions on my chair.Now using it as an elliptical works great! You can have it move automatically for you, so if you are working while using it, you don't have to focus on it too much but you still can work out. Then you can put a little more work into it as you go. It also has a lot of settings and options depending on what you're feeling that day.Downside is that it is bulky, but I'm okay with that. It's just hard to push my chair under my desk fully now. That's just not a deal breaker for me. If you're interested in something like this, I would say it is absolutely worth your time and energy!
