This is the first laminator I've ever bought -or used- and I'm very impressed with how easy it is to operate and the excellent results. It can handle thicker laminating pouches than most of the home laminators (up to10 mil as opposed to just 5 mil) and wider projects (up to 13" wide). And the price is outstanding! It is larger than some buyers expected but it also handles a wider pouch so that should be expected. I've only had it a few days and have done about 2 dozen pieces but so far I am extremely happy.
